Easter Break 2010

Skiing late in the afternoon, Mary's legs were getting TIRED as they took off to ski

Mammoth Mountain to a place called "Hole in the Wall"

Michael took the following photos of Mary with his cell phone as they skied

Mary ~ View looking down on Twin Lake, Lake Mary, Lake George

The snow was deep and Michael was kind not to document my many falls!

The Hole in the wall is a narrow opening through a cliff, and this steep chute is caused by erosion and the gravitational pull on the eroded material, with ice in the lower portion...Bouncing off rocky cliffs will put an immediate end to our day, so it was at this point Michael gave me his helmet, then he kept placing my ski deep in the snow in front of my legs to keep me from slipping all the way down the chute.

Michael and I were both very tired and very, very lucky!!!
Michael flew home...

...accomplishing another goal of his to fly over Mammoth Mountain!

 Brett
Brooke

(Gina's email)...Hi Everyone

Here are a few recent pics of the kids.  Brooke is sweet as ever and getting so big.  Her ballet recital is coming up and she wants to wear a dress everyday rain or shine.  Brett is on the move. He is almost 8 months now. Crawling on all fours now.  I think he figured out it was faster than army crawling. He also got his first 2 teeth this past week.  I think he eats more than Brooke :). Hope everyone is doing well. Love to you all!
