Confetti fills the air in New York's Times Square as 2007 arrives.

We (Den, Mary, Michael, Tara, David and Jake) watched New York's 2007 New Year's coundown on TV from the jaccuzzi ...

shortly after David had a seizure so we didn't have the spirit to ring in the California New Years!

Sadie called David at midnight to say..."HAPPY BIRTHDAY"... he said "thank you" and went back to sleep.

David was born at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Woodland Hills ... he came to us with only a blanket and the hospital T-shirts...a T-shirt on the top and a T-shirt on the bottom!

He came on Grandma Jean's birthday Jan. 5th.

Lisa-Marie was the social worker who brought David to our home.
